FROM THE FOUNDER
I started SeventyTwoClub with a simple idea: create something every golfer could be a part of.
Originally, I thought about calling the brand Scratch 72, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized I didn’t want to create a brand defined by score. I wanted something every golfer could relate to, whether they shoot 72 or 102.
That’s when SeventyTwoClub was born.
To me, SeventyTwoClub is about belonging and the shared experience of the game. The excitement of a great shot, the frustration of a bad round, the memories made with friends, and the anticipation of the next tee time.
72 represents the perfect score in golf, but for most of us, it’s something we’re chasing. We’re chasing a better round, another great shot, and more time on the course with the people we enjoy playing with.
I didn’t want to create just another golf apparel brand. I wanted to create a club golfers could relate to, be proud to represent, and feel like they belong to.
That’s SeventyTwoClub.

Golf is better when everyone feels like they belong.
The game is for weekend regulars, occasional players, golfers chasing their first 100, and those who have already broken par. We may play at different levels, but we’re connected by the same love for the game and the desire to come back and chase a better round.
